Piano Wars!
is the brand name of our Premier Dueling Pianos Road Show,
based in the Detroit area and led by Entertainment Director Dave Caruso.
Piano Wars! tours the entire continental United States,
featuring dueling pianos, engaging and interactive entertainment, props,
crowd participation, optional
DJ services & more!
Dueling
Pianos is a high-energy entertainment concept in the piano bar
style. Two performers at two pianos take turns singing and playing
songs as requested by members of the audience. Typically the
entertainers never take a break, so the action is non-stop.
Diverse styles of music from all decades are used to engage the
audience, making dueling pianos great for all ages and events. Audience participation abounds, with sing-along,
dancing, call-downs, parodies, song battles and
showtimes. |
|
 |
You control the show! You can start or stop any song at any time.
|
-
Sing-Along & Dancing: Throughout the night, the
audience is encouraged to dance and sing along with the entertainers.
-
Call-Downs & Parodies:
We love to celebrate your special occasions! We'll "call down" to
the stage anyone celebrating a birthday, anniversary, engagement, etc. for
a "tribute" or "roast." Just
write down their name and the occasion (real or imagined) on a request slip and
take it to the stage, along with a little something for the entertainers.
We'll turn all the attention on your guest with a song that's sure
to become a classic Kodak / YouTube moment.
-
Song
Battles: The room is divided into sections and each section competes to see
who can sing the loudest.
-
Showtimes:
About once an hour at dueling pianos clubs, the entire wait staff gets in
on the act by demonstrating easy dance moves on-stage and inviting the
audience to join in.

To Start a Song:
Just fill out a Piano Wars! request slip and take it to one of the
entertainers onstage. Requests are played in order of generosity. Faster
songs are favored over slower songs, to keep the pace of the show moving.
Don’t forget to write down your name, so we can announce it, and your
e-mail address, so we can contact you about our show.
To Stop a Song: Just walk up to the entertainer who is
singing the song and offer him one more dollar than he received to play
it. (For example, if he received $1, it will take $2 to stop it.)
To Start a Piano War:
To restart a
song it only takes one more dollar than was received to stop it. |
