Dueling Pianos

As Entertainment Director for Piano Wars! and several other dueling pianos bars & clubs in Michigan and Indiana, Dave Caruso brings 15 years of piano teaching experience and nearly 10 years of dueling pianos experience to the table when training new players.

An entertainer can learn a lot about the mechanics of dueling pianos by observation, but it's the finer points of training that keep a dueler at the top of his or her game.  For instance, what works with one audience may not work with another.  What works one night may not do as well the next.  What should you do when nothing goes as expected?

How can you earn good pay and better tips in a shorter amount of time?  How can you avoid traps and ruts that often appear on the dueling pianos fairway?  How do you warm up a cool audience?

Dave continues to improve his existing array of training materials and create new resources for providing you with the tools you need to become an excellent dueling pianos entertainer.  Learning on the job only take you so far.  Dave can introduce you to the right people to get the most work.  Dave can show you the ropes and fast-track you to the better gigs and higher pay in the dueling pianos industry.   Your training topics will include:
